On Juneteenth 2021, Governor Murphy signed the Fair Chance in Housing Act (FCHA), which bars housing providers from asking about criminal history on housing applications in most instances. The FCHA is the first state law of its kind in the country and is intended to ensure people with past criminal histories have a fair shot at accessing safe and affordable housing.

You will be required to pay the background/credit check fee.

If approved you will be required to pay 1st Months Rent and Security Deposit

Please note there will be an initial credit check and then if need be, you may be asked to allow permission to run a criminal background at a later time

Please note we look for:

 An approximate Credit Score of 700

Proof of Lawful Income at least 35x the monthly rental amount

Pet Policy: There is an additional pet fee and are approved on a case by Case basis, please refer to your realtor for more information
