Parking regulations for Oak tree plaza

Assigned Spaces- Each tenant will have an assigned parking spot(s) If you are parked in an incorrect spot you are subject to being towed at your own expense.

Parking Tags- Each spot will be assigned a parking tag with an expiration date that is given upon lease signing or parking agreement signed. This tag MUST be placed on your mirror visible facing OUTWARDS so the year and number is able to be identified. If the tag is not visible you are subject to be towed at your own expense.

Parking Expiration- You must have a valid and active parking tag or be subject to towing at vehicle owners expense.

Guest Parking- There are a limited number of visitor spots, these are reserved for temporary time ONLY. Guest parking passes will be given out to each tenant and must be placed in the dashboard of the vehicle. Please note these passes must be filled out in its entirety and have a 24 hour time limit. Any longer guests must be registered and allowed permission from the management company. Any violation of this leaves the guest vehicle subject to be towed at property manger's sole discretion and vehicle owner's expense.

Commercial Parking Lots- These lots are OFF LIMITS to residential parking and are subject to be towed at vehicle owners expense.

Snow Plowing- TBD

Prohibited Parking- Parking is only allowed in your designated spot, any vehicles parked in standing lanes, fire lanes, or any area that is not designated for that vehicle is subject to be towed at vehicle owners expense.

Parking Protocol- All vehicles are to be parked facing forward so tags are visible from the driveway. Any car not facing forward is subject to towing at the vehicle owners expense.

Maintenance- There is to be no car maintenance including but not limited to oil changes, car washes and cars left on lifts for extended periods of time performed on premise.

Insurance & Registration- All cars with permits must have active insurance and registration on file with the management company at all times.
